Effective Date

These Terms are effective as of 01 January 2025 and remain in effect unless modified by us. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Definitions

• Service – The Green Holidays platform, website, mobile views, and booking services.
• User / You – Any person using the Service to view or book accommodation.
• Property / Host – Hotel, resort or accommodation provider listed on the Service.

Booking, Availability & Confirmation

Bookings made through The Green Holidays are subject to availability. When you complete a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email with reservation details. The confirmation email constitutes acceptance of the booking by The Green Holidays and/or the property, unless otherwise stated.

Please verify all booking details (dates, guest names, special requests) immediately upon receipt of the confirmation. We are not responsible for errors made by users during booking.

Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on our platform may include or exclude taxes and fees depending on the listing. Final price and payment terms are shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on the checkout page.

You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for the total booking amount, including applicable taxes, fees, and security deposits where required.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund rules vary by property. Each listing will display the cancellation policy that applies. Please read the policy carefully before booking.

• Flexible / Free Cancellation: Full or partial refund if canceled within the specified period.
• Non-refundable Bookings: No refund on cancellation unless otherwise required by law or the property’s policy.
• Processing Time: Refunds (when applicable) may take up to 7–14 business days depending on your card issuer or payment method.

Check-in, Check-out & Host Rules

Check-in and check-out times are set by the property and are shown on your booking confirmation. Hosts may require ID at check-in and may charge additional fees for late check-out or early check-in.

Guests are expected to follow house rules provided by the host and to leave the property in a reasonable state. Hosts may charge for excessive damage or cleaning if needed.

Guest Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information at booking time.
• Respect local laws, property rules, and the privacy and safety of neighbors and hosts.
• Report any issues (damage, maintenance, safety) promptly to the host and to The Green Holidays support if needed.

Reviews & User Content

Users may submit reviews, photos, and other content about properties. By submitting content you grant The Green Holidays a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify the content in connection with the Service.

Reviews should be honest and comply with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.

Liability & Disclaimers

The Green Holidays acts as an intermediary between guests and property providers. While we strive to ensure accuracy of listings and safety of transactions, we are not the provider of accommodations and do not control the quality or availability of properties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Green Holidays disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Intellectual Property

All content on The Green Holidays (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the property of The Green Holidays or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use our content without prior written permission.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service you consent to such processing and transfer of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city where The Green Holidays is headquartered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on our site and indicate the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of updated Terms.
